2. Is my reservation confirmed directly and automatically or do I need to contact the restaurant?
All reservations made via www.seatme.nl are automatically directly confirmed by the restaurant, there is no need to contact the restaurant to confirm.

3. I want to make a reservation for more than 8 people.
Most restaurants tend to offer group menu's for reservations from 8 and above though there are some restaurants on SeatMe who accept reservations up to and including 16. Search for these restaurants via "Groups".
If the restaurant does not accept your desired group size online contact them via the contact form or phone.

4.I see at a restaurant the text "find first possible availability", what does that mean?
This message reflects that the restaurant does not have the required availability at the selected time and group size. If you click on the button SeatMe will show the first possible availability for your reservation, via the calendar you can browse the available dates.

5. I see at a restaurant my desired reservation time in grey, what does that mean?
This message reflects that the desired reservation time is not available, with the buttons "Earlier" and "Later" you can browse the available times with your selected group size.

6. Does the restaurant expect me at the selected time?
The restaurants is counting on your arrival at the confirmed time. The restaurants reserves the right to forfeit your reservation if you arrive later. To avoid disappointments you can login to 'my seatme' 24 hours a day to change your reservation details.

7. If I don't have access to the internet, how can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can call the restaurant, the contact information is in your confirmation email, to change or cancel your reservation.

8. How can I cancel my reservation?
You can click on the cancelation link which you've received in the confirmation e-mail.

You can login into 'my 'seatme' and cancel your reservation in your reservation overview.
